Spices

Spices are dried parts of a plant that contain aromatic, spicy and caustic substances. Spices can be leaves, seeds, fruits, roots, bulbs and barks. Their addition to foods is done to give them special characteristics and to improve their taste. Many of the spices also have antioxidant properties and replace the various preservatives that in many cases harm human health. Our spices are of Greek origin and always freshly ground, so they have strong aromas and flavors, which characterizes them as top quality!
