The Spearmint tincture is obtained by soaking the above-ground parts of spearmint in an alcoholic solution (grappa) for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the herb dissolve into the alcoholic solution, resulting in the tincture.

The spearmint tincture reduces stomach gases and eliminates them. It relieves bloating and stomach pain, restoring balance to the body while dispelling the negative feelings caused by bloating. Spearmint actively combats indigestion and eliminates hiccups, creating a feeling of revitalization and freshness.

The tinctures preserve all the active ingredients of the herb, are particularly easy to take, and are completely natural. They undoubtedly surpass dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals or preservatives and are absorbed much more effectively by the body.

Herbal tinctures are very potent, and for this reason, they should be consumed according to their instructions. The usual dosage is 0.5-1ml (approximately 10-20 drops) per day. They should not be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
