Description: Organic Inulin has a pleasant taste that adds a mild sweetness to foods and beverages, while having a very low glycemic index, so it does not negatively affect blood glucose levels.

Organic Inulin is a soluble plant fiber and belongs to a group of polysaccharides known as fructans. As a prebiotic, it serves as "food" for probiotics (the "good" bacteria), helping the digestive system function more effectively by promoting the reproduction of friendly bacteria.

Inulin can be found in legumes such as lentils and chickpeas, assisting in increasing your daily intake of dietary fiber. Additionally, it can be easily added when making smoothies or baking to enhance fiber content.

The structure of organic Inulin allows it to pass through the mouth and small intestine unaffected, without undergoing hydrolysis by various enzymes, resulting in it reaching the colon intact, where it is fermented by lactic enzymes. This helps boost the ratio of beneficial bacteria, preventing pathogenic organisms while promoting a balanced gut microbiota, improving the regular function of the colon, and enhancing the body's defense capabilities.
