Preparation:
Sea buckthorn can be consumed as is, one teaspoon twice a day, without further processing (it resembles a small raisin). To prepare a decoction, add one teaspoon of dried fruits to a cup of water and boil for 5 minutes (in a small pot). Repeat the process up to 3 times a day.
