Properties:

Preparation:
Infusion: Add 1 tablespoon of ground calendula (or a pinch of unground) to 1 glass of boiling water in a covered container, let steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain before use.
Decoction: Boil 10g of the preparation for 5 minutes in a glass of water, and gargle 3-4 times a day.
For washes, prepare the above tea more concentrated with 50-60g per liter of water.
