Zeolite is a natural hydrated aluminosilicate material that has the ability to bind other elements, even entire compounds. This property and its chemical composition explain why researchers studying it have found various beneficial effects. It can act as a natural detoxifier for our bodies. Research shows that Zeolite:

1. Traps free radicals, functioning as a powerful antioxidant.

Side Effects: A minimal percentage of users (about 1%) have reported muscle pain, headaches, rashes, or feelings of malaise during the initial stages of detoxification. These symptoms are due to the intense detoxification caused and can be addressed by discontinuing use for a few days or reducing the dosage. It is advisable to start with a low dosage and gradually increase to up to 6 capsules per day. Another side effect is dehydration caused by toxin elimination, but this can be avoided by drinking at least 2 liters of water daily.
