Crushed flakes of dried carrot that enhance the flavor of dishes and give them an amazing culinary touch, even for the simplest ones, such as omelets, legumes, and vegetable dishes. They are tasty, dehydrated, with a deep orange color, pleasant aroma, and firm texture. Dried carrot flakes can be used to elevate the dishes they are added to. They are very flavorful and aromatic, and can easily replace fresh carrots in cooking recipes. We can grind them into powder in a blender and use them simply as a seasoning.
