Additional Information:
Fish-derived collagen is extracted from high-quality fish using modern biological technology. The collagen powder is a highly pure white powder, retaining all nutrients from the raw materials (fish) and containing no additives.
Collagen is a protein and one of the main components of connective tissue in the human body, found in the skin, tendons, cartilage, ligaments, and bones. Skin aging is linked to changes in collagen, prompting research into how soluble collagen can delay these changes. Studies show that using soluble collagen in cosmetic products increases skin elasticity and water content while improving capillary function.
Soluble collagen is extracted directly from the tissues of young animals and is a viscous, translucent liquid with a pH of approximately 3.8. This ingredient is included in many commercially available cosmetic products.
The use of soluble collagen in cosmetics positively affects the skin, providing renewal, brightness, elasticity, and improved appearance of wrinkles.
Origin: England.

For edible use, it is recommended to consume 0.5g (about a rounded small teaspoon) two to three times a day. It can be mixed with fruit juice for better taste. For creams or balms, add 1-3g of collagen powder to 100g (1-3%) of deionized water or floral water.
