The Peppermint Oil available at Herbstore.gr is 100% pure and processed with fresh peppermint, making it practical and cost-effective in the aforementioned packaging sizes.

Peppermint Oil, like all our carrier oils, is made with extra virgin olive oil processed with our fresh herbs. Research has shown that when carrier oils are made with fresh herbs (like ours), they deliver 100% of their potential properties, unlike commercial oils made with dried herbs that yield only about 50%!

Peppermint Oil is highly digestible and is recommended for use against gas and bloating. Additionally, its consumption increases urine and sweat production, while it can also speed up heart rates, thereby raising body temperature and assisting in cases of cough. It can be used during a cold to help induce sweating for recovery. Moreover, a few drops of peppermint oil can be consumed for headaches or neuralgia. It can be used in a humidifier in combination with lavender oil and eucalyptus oil for even better results related to respiratory issues, though it can also be used alone.

Peppermint Oil can be used alone or in combination with other carrier oils for even better results. Finally, it’s important to note that carrier oils are essential in aromatherapy as they serve as the "carrier" for essential oils.
