The mixture of tinctures for Detoxification - Normalization of the Lymphatic System is obtained by immersing the aforementioned herbs in an alcoholic solution (grape brandy) for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the herbs dissolve into the alcoholic solution, resulting in the creation of the tincture.
The lymphatic system has multiple roles in our body that are particularly important for good health. It aids in nutrition by transporting various fats absorbed from the small intestine to the liver, where they are processed.
A second function is drainage and cleansing, transporting cells and various substances that are not necessary for the function of the human body.
A third function of the lymph is the defense of the organism, which is completed within the lymphatic vessels, where microbes and other pathological elements carried by the lymph are trapped and simultaneously destroyed by phagocytosis. Essentially, the lymph nodes act like filters. The lymphatic vessels create a unique network that covers every inch of our skin and surrounds every organ in our body. This network starts about 70% inside and just below the skin. Daily, 2-3 liters of lymphatic fluid are collected and filtered by the lymphatic system, which is vital because it removes proteins that are too large to enter the walls of capillaries. The entry points into the lymphatic vessels are 4-6 times larger than those of capillaries. The removal of proteins is necessary because these attract water, so excessive protein in the interstitial fluid causes swelling or edema. All of the above are just a few of the significant functions of the lymphatic system. In recent years, literature has also noted the role of the lymphatic system in the development of cancer cells and many other diseases in which the lymphatic system plays a key role.
Knowing all of the above and studying the actions of the herbs, we have created a mixture based solely on herbs (Dandelion, Nettle, Blessed Thistle, Gallium, Horse Chestnut, Hawthorn, Fenugreek, Echinacea, Phytolacca) with synergistic properties aimed at complete normalization and detoxification of the lymphatic system. The aforementioned preparation, combined with the following diet, normalizes the function of the lymphatic system. The dietary recommendations that enhance the lymphatic system and should "accompany" the preparation for maximum results are: reduced animal fats, increased intake of vitamin C (especially from oranges and lemons), 1 tablespoon of turmeric daily, increased alkaline foods, and increased healthy fats (nuts, flaxseed, etc.). Finally, special mention in the literature and as a result for the lymphatic system are pineapple, asparagus, cranberry, parsley, and grape seeds due to the proanthocyanidins they contain (grapeseed oil is therefore a good suggestion for lymphatic massage).
The tinctures retain all the active ingredients of the herb, are particularly easy to take, and are completely natural. They undoubtedly have advantages over dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals or preservatives and are absorbed much more effectively by the body.
Herbal tinctures are very potent, and for this reason, they should be consumed according to the instructions. The recommended daily dosage is 1ml (approximately 20 drops) 2-3 times a day, and it is advisable to follow this treatment for one month. They should not be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
