Thyme, oregano, bay leaf, coriander, marjoram, and rosemary pair perfectly with all types of fish and cooking methods, while the combination of minimal black pepper with allspice provides a subtle intensity to the aromatic herbs.

Finally, due to the aromatic herbs included, feel free to use it on fried or baked potatoes as well as on meats (steaks, lamb, goat, etc.)!
